ADJUSTABLE HIGH CLEARANCE LOWER CONTROL ARM - TRANSIT AWD (2020-PRESENT)

The front end of the Transit was designed with fleet work in mind by Ford. It features a simple front suspension layout and, apart from the toe setting, there is no adjustment.  

To address this, the adjustable lower control arm has been added to allow for easy camber adjustment on either side of the vehicle using a simple to use cam bolt set. The arm is clamped in place on two axes by pinch bolts and a precision cam holds the alignment, providing the adjustment and retention necessary to maximize performance and tire life. To improve clearance, the arm is designed to tuck up high into the chassis, taking inspiration from high-end off-road race cars. These durable arms are constructed from laser-cut and precision-bent steel, then welded on a fixture in our facility.
