Aluminess Rear Door Ladder designed for the Ford Transit.

This stand-alone ladder provides access to the roof and offers the option for an integrated tire rack or box rack. The integrated tire/box rack includes clamp-on posts to support the tire, a universal tire mount, and three auxiliary steps to make climbing past your tire/box comfortable and easy. This item can be easily bolted on and does not require drilling through your back door. It is compatible with both the 180 and 270-degree hinges.
